Sky receiver :Switch on Check for satellite signal May be low causing a picture pixelation.(Small Squares) and freezing.

If you are having channel pixelation problems then 9 times out of 10 an LNB reset or a connection check will sort this out. To do an LNB Reset:

Press Services, then Press Number 4 On your remote this will take you system setup once you are in this menu, ignor what it says on screen and press 0, 1 then select this should take you to installer setup, goto LNB Setup.

Once in LNB setup move down to LNB power supply and using the right arrow key change it to OFF, then goto the option below which is 22Khz Command change this to OFF also, then move down to SAVE NEW SETTINGS, once you have done this press the SKY button on your remote, then press Services, go back to the installer setup by going to Option 4, 0, 1 then select.

Go back to the LNB Setup and press the Red Button on the remote, then goto save new settings, then press select again to confirm these have went back to on whilst on there ensure that Low Band is 9.75 and high Band is 10.60 press the sky button, it takes around 60 seconds for a picture to appear if this doesnt resolve the problem then do a connection check.

Put box onto stand by, go to back of the box and ensure that everything is connected up properly, then unplug the box from the mains, ensure that all the lights on the front of the box are off, then plug box back in a reb light will come on, on the front of the box, once this has came on l;eave your box for 30seconds, then press the TV button then the SKY button on your remote, this should take you to the sky welcome channel (999) now try the channels that you werent getting before and see if that works, if its still not working then its probably the LNB.
